Working with mixed media, Australian artist Andre Wolter creates art that redefines the border between abstraction and natural phenomena. His works, frequently feature sand patterns and colours as well as aquatic life.

From an early age, I knew that art changes people and that it impacts the world we live in. I have since set out on a journey to make it a better place. My dream is a planet shaped by art - a world more equal, fair and beautiful. In my work, I try to process problems of our time and try to set them in perspective.

Based in Paris, I have worked worked with installation, sculpture and street art over the past 15 years.
My work is about the human being and its relationship with nature.

Inspired by traditional Japanese art, Watanabe creates works about modern society with fresh perspectives that resonate with the past.
